Since its founding in 1997, G4 SOLUTIONS has never stopped evolving. Starting out as a business strategy consulting firm, the company has been specializing in EVALUATION and BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS since 2004.

Because each transaction is unique, G4 has a multidisciplinary team that can respond to the pitfalls specific to each transaction. It has gradually grown in order to better control the conduct of transactions and to minimize risks and costs for the client.

Over time, we have added an appraisal, financing, and legal department. We have also developed collaboration agreements with tax specialists.
