Marc Tremblay has worked in corporate finance for over 30 years and has nearly 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Marc participates in prospecting activities, certain corporate finance mandates and is responsible for structuring merger and acquisition transactions. He specializes in the negotiation of transactional agreements.
Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate from the University of Quebec in Montreal, he is also a member of the OACIQ as a certified real estate broker and is the manager of the real estate agency Gestion Périmètre. Inc. depuis 2000.
