Andrey Shustov holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. This engineering background allowed him to acquire technical expertise as well as a rigorous and objective approach to problems and solutions.
Andrey has worked as a business valuator in Europe and has been involved in over 100 mergers, acquisitions and restructuring projects, some over $ 1 billion.
In Canada, he has acquired extensive experience in the renewable energy sector (solar photovoltaic and wind power). He participated in the achievements of several projects, notably by participating in their development, financing, and implementation. Andrey has developed a network of contacts in the industry with international teams of manufacturers, distributors, and contractors.
He is also comfortable with valuation methods for technology and IT companies.

He is fluent in French, English and Russian, he has always worked on international projects.
