Ugo Dionne holds a law degree from the University of Montreal and practiced as a commercial litigation lawyer for 4 years before becoming an entrepreneur. For more than 20 years, he has participated in the organic and acquisitive development of several small and medium-sized businesses as a manager, shareholder and director, giving him excellent field experience and strategic skills that cover all phases of a company’s evolution.
Ugo participates in business development activities and acts as a merger and acquisition advisor to G4 solutions clients.
He is also a member of the Order of Chartered Administrators and has been an avid and dedicated volunteer for over 40 years. In his spare time, he has a passion for music, cinema and Quebec literature.
