MERGER & ACQUISITION ADVISOR
Tianning Ning recently joined the G4 SOLUTIONS team as a Merger & Acquisition Consultant. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a strategy and project management consultant for private clients in Europe and Asia. She has successfully led various projects including corporate privatizations, market development and investment evaluation. She also worked for more than 10 years as a senior fund manager in the Asset Management department of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in Switzerland.
Tianning Ning holds a double Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the People’s University of China and in Political Economy from the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) of the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. From the same university, she obtained her Master’s degree in Political Economy.
She also holds a Certified International Financial Analyst (CIIA) – Swiss Financial Analysts Association and Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) – Corporate Finance Institute (Canada).
Its international clients are active in sectors such as biotechnology, finance, information technology, aviation and pharmaceuticals.
Originally from China, her mother tongue is Mandarin, she also speaks English and French. She is passionate about traveling, skiing and running.
