Founder and current president of G4 SOLUTIONS, holder of an MBA and a Post-MBA, Mr. Deshaies has acted as an advisor in the purchase and sale of companies since 2004. He has participated in around 100 sale, merger and acquisition transactions for manufacturing, distribution, and service companies.
Robert Deshaies began his career as a general contractor in industrial and commercial construction in 1985. In 1997, he founded his consulting firm and will devote himself exclusively to business strategy from 2002, following the obtaining of his MBA. He continued his studies and specialized in mergers and acquisitions from 2004. He obtained his Post-MBA in 2005.
He then chaired AVEQ (Corporation of Intermediaries in the Purchase and Sale of Businesses of Quebec) from 2006 to 2009 and founded ACTER (Association of Advisors in the Transfer of Business and Succession of Quebec) in 2009.
